MONTBLANC
With the introduction in 2008 of Mont Blanc’s first propriety watch movement, the Mont Blanc Star Nicolas Rieussec Monopusher Chronograph, Mont Blanc has truly entered the level of other world-renowned Swiss watchmakers. This movement from Mont Blanc comes in two calibers; the MB R100 hand wound caliber, and the MB200 automatic caliber. All components for these two movements are designed, manufactured, and assembled entirely in Mont Blanc’s own watch making facility in Le Locle, which means that Mont Blanc is one of the exclusive club of Swiss watch brands that has this capacity of design, manufacture, and creation in house, with no components of the movement being purchased from another supplier
Mont Blanc; a mountain of elegance like no other.

Mont Blanc watches are the complete pinnacle of class and style.
Mont Blanc recently passed its centenary as a luxury goods brand, and while its roots lie in fountain pens of the highest quality and craftsmanship, it has diversified into several other luxury product categories over the last few decades, including leather goods, jewellery, fragrances, sunglasses, and other items. Mont Blanc’s launch into watch making was during the 1990’s when it first introduced a small range of watches.
Mont Blanc watches are made by Montblanc Montre S.A., located in the small town of Le Locle in Switzerland, where Swiss watch making was born. Every Mont Blanc watch is assembled by hand, with Mechanical (Self-Winding/Automatic or hand-winding) and Quartz movements used throughout the Mont Blanc watch range. Its watch making has developed very rapidly since the founding of Montblanc Montre S.A., with the range expanded to many models, using steel, gold, platinum, diamonds, and other metals and precious stones and materials in the manufacture of its watches.
